"The parental leave policy is amazing and frankly, the available benefits are unheard of with other employers. TR recently expanded their parental leave policy. It now offers up to a total of 24 months off, up to 18 paid (12 paid + 6 temporary disability). The 12 week paid parental leave is gender neutral. They also offer great medical benefits, including fertility coverage (as of 2017, up to $10k). They also offer adoption assistance (as of 2017, up to $5k).
In addition to these fantastic benefits, the CEO has made a public commitment to increase the number of women in high-level leadership positions to 40% by 2020 (and offers quarterly updates on the progress of this goal)."
