"This is still a heavily male dominated industry, I would not recommend it for breast feeding mothers or if you have children with special needs. However, the compensation is very good so you will likely be able to afford help once you're in a senior position. "

"Great flexibility and good benefits and our opinions are valued, however no upward mobility so you need to be happy with where you start because chances are you will end your career in the same position."
