"Leadership has a very immature point of view that limits diversity across the company. While the remote nature of the company provides some opportunity for flexibility in theory, the company doesn't capitalize on it and employees are often expected to put in long hours to work across time zones. It lacks policies supporting working families and it pretty much depends on your manager to determine everything from your maternity leave to your prospects for promotion and raises. It's clear that diversity and work-life balance aren't a priority for leadership at this point, but hopefully that will change as the company grows."
