"Transunionb offers freat maternity leave - 16 weeks fully paid. Managers are very supportive when you come back too. "

"I have found TransUnion to be the most flexible company I have ever worked for. Flexible hours means just that, you can work from home as much as needed and we have unlimited vacation time. The parental leave is very generous and includes adoption. TU isn't perfect in terms of the gender in leadership across technology but I am encouraged by their commitment to improve. The culture is inclusive and they have a lot of networking groups to join. Being your authentic self is encouraged. "

"If your not in with the popular females they will find a way to fire you and destroy your life. Woman there especially the over 40 bunch act like they are on a reality show."
