"The company is not set up properly to manage and support a US team. The HQ is in Stockholm, and they are not yet set up to support the US team with the basics you would expect from an HR perspective. The outsourced services for payroll, 401k management, hiring and onboarding are all not properly set up to support the new office and staff."

"Don't expect any flexibility here. Senior management are male, with wives who do not work, there's very little empathy for women and parents. "
