"While the PR doesn't look good, this is a great time to be at Uber. Women's voices are being heard in new ways, allies for women are speaking up for better work environments. There is a positive wave of energy that is fueling what women are doing and how women's leadership and voice are being leveraged to improve Uber as a business and place to work. "
