"The company gives great benefits for maternity leave. They take great consideration of you in terms of family emergencies. You're overall treated fairly assuming management isn't female and rather take advice from a male coworker with less experience, then I guess it's fair."

"While the company is supportive of women, a lot of the women in senior leadership roles have husbands/partners who have very flexible careers. It's not super easy for dual income families. Most of the senior leaders have worked abroad, as well, which is very tricky to navigate when balancing two careers. Maternity leave policies are good but not great and there is no on-site day care despite employees asking time and again."
