"It's a great place for moms - lots of parents work here & they have an agile working environment, which makes it easy to be a good worker and a great parent. They can co exist!"

"Promotions are very rare which means salary is rarely going to increase. Promotions are usually given to international employees."

"Great environment, family friendly but negotiate your pay coming in because it will not move much, and be prepared with a strong career plan if you want to move up the ranks especially if you have not been recruited from their preferred list of big name schools. "
