"Unisys is actively working on improving diversity and inclusion. I can only speak for my location and team but I get all the flexibility I need as a mother of two young children, one of whom is sick (and I need to take time off for doctor's visits, surgery and therapy). I greatly enjoy my the work I do and am excited about the future of Unisys."

"This really depends on your particular manager. The company does do 'swipe reports' looking at how often you are in the office. They take that into consideration during layoffs. The CEO did come in a few months ago to chastise the employees for not being in the office often enough -- when he read the percentage of people in the office, we were shocked he was saying anything to us because it was really good! He should have better things to do that worry about who is and isn't in the office. "

"There is very much a boys' club atmosphere. I have worked with some highly intelligent, educated, experienced women and men, but it's the man who can back slap, crack a golf joke, and downplay critical issues that get ahead. The bias is also geographical and company-specific. If you're from Texas or HP, you're golden regardless of your experience or reputation."
