"There are plenty of women in leadership positions, and women are promoted often. The maternity leave is standard, as far as I can tell - we're lucky to have one, but it could be much better. "

"It has a horrible maternity leave policy that forces women to invest in short-term disability insurance in order to be on leave for 12 weeks. This fails to recognize the health of the baby and mother as well as the fact that most care providers do not accept children under 12 weeks. In addition, there is no day care on campus."
