"Burnout, extreme micromanagement, lack of innovation and bullying are commonplace in most departments. Promotions are very hard to come by with the criteria to get one nonsensical (often based on favoritism and determined by level of leadership that have no idea what happens in the trenches). Negative behavior saturates the environment and facilitates a demotivating workplace where you question your intelligence and sense of self worth. Senior leadership is rife with incompetence, narcissism and playground bullies. Until the tone at the top changes, I would not recommend working here."

"Cut-throat culture. I think it depends which part of the company you're in. My part was full of politics and favoritism. I worked there for several years with no problem; a new person took over the department and my manager turned on me. Stay away if you want to preserve your sanity."
