"VTS is a great place to grow your career as a woman at any level. It's not utopia and some teams still have work to do to build equity across genders, but over half of managers within the company are women and women are represented at all levels."

"The company is still growing out of a startup past, and sometimes there are relics of the old days. The exec team is also mostly male. These are things the company is keenly aware of and is actively working to improve, but it's key to expect to be part of that change instead of expecting it to already be done. "
