      "It depends who you work for and their values. There seems to be more flexibility in the Atlanta office, than in the national offices."

      "It depends on who you work for and their values, however WFH is not something that is supported. WM also boasts that it is a great place for working mothers. This is not consistent across the company. Many women on maternity leave, going on leave, or coming back from leave has had roles eliminated, or complain about stalled careers and missing opportunities."
