"WeTransfer's HQ is in Amsterdam and they always encourage us to have a European work-life balance. We can be flexible with our hours or working from home (though to have more overlap with Europe our morning start early). If we don't have a policy in place for the US, then we'll create it. Everyone is treated fairly and with respect. I wouldn't want to work elsewhere!"
