      "The culture is second-to-none. The firm has so many great women leaders, on both the legal and business services sides of the house. The camaraderie and level of acceptance within and across teams is amazing. Even the most senior leaders are approachable and willing to listen to people's ideas and suggestions. Firm leadership trusts and respects input from business services professionals and business services leaders are involved in every aspect of firm strategy. The firm is also incredibly progressive (for a law firm) :) and is constantly striving to do things better, providing a top-of-the-line experience for clients and employees alike!"

There's no probationary period, so the benefit is available as soon as you join the firm. I was so impressed when I first joined and heard this - it's definitely the most liberal policy of any company I've worked for!"
