"If you’re looking for growth and equality, then this is not the company for you. Unless you’re connected with someone either on the board or within the C-Suite, you’ll be looked down on by the “Stone Age” staff: those who brag about being there for decades."

"Willkie is a fabulous firm to work for at the beginning of your career. In recent years, the number of women in the entry-level class of lawyers is on part or greater than the number of men. That number changes, dramatically, a few years in because of disparate treatment in training, work assignments, and promotion. "
