"Work life balance is great! Culture really supports parents, especially new parents. More opprotunities for diversity at the top. Most people have your back but there are a few who will not support you if you end up on their bad side a.k.a. disagree with them. Level of support and autonomy greatly varies by department. Health insurance is not the best but the wellness perks are great! It's a company that is at least trying but there are still some things to be desired especially around the benefits package and parental leave policies. "

"Overall, this company is very family friendly and provides you with a flexible working schedule. However, the HQ location is in NY and there have been times when meetings are scheduled at times that can add an extra level of stress to the morning routine (ex. daycare drop-offs)."

"Depending on the role, you will have a decent amount of flexibility. It's great for working mothers - the management team is supportive and accommodating. There is a ceiling though as the majority of the management team is based in NY so if you are a remote employee, you either need to commit to traveling more or be content in your current role."

"In transition after not keeping up with internet competitors. To work here, you must embrace dramatic change. It is a little to "peppy" and expects employees to be very excited about everything. That comes from the culture of weight loss - remain optimistic, push forward, YEAH!
Most top leaders have changed in last 3 years - a transition still underway."
