"It's physically demanding. Emotionally it's depressing. If you take the job. Find an area that's on nights. Away from processing. Support or Q.A. is more balanced life/work integration that gives you time for family and self.

"I believe that there is equal treatment and equal opportunity at this company for women. The company invests a lot into training. The focus for this company changes rapidly and frequently which can make it challenging to meet goals that are already in place. There are a lot of last minute conference calls and additional short notice project requirements that can regularly lead to 12 hour work days.
There appears to be a lot of turnover in sales positions. During my time at this company the majority of new sales reps lasted no longer than two years. There are lots of surveys that gets sent to employees yet changes are rarely made based on employees input. Service to customers is secondary to the bottom line, due to this it can be difficult to retain customers when in a sales position for this company. "

"I found that there was a lot of flexibility in the way that I was able to work. I was able to schedule things such as Dr. appointments into my day if I needed to however there was a lot of additional projects and last minute reports requested which required that I work late most of the time. My typical day was from 8am to 8pm. "

"unfortunately, the manager was only supportive if it was something that was going to assist her to immediately increase her position with her boss. There was no support on day to day concerns. In the middle of a call discussing a concern the manager would interrupt and state that she would need to call me back. After that she would never get back to me. During ride along days she would constantly answer emails and make calls to other employees on other issues. Ride along days are days that are devoted by the manager to the employee that they are riding with that day. "
