"I believe that there is equal treatment and equal opportunity at this company for women. The company invests a lot into training. The focus for this company changes rapidly and frequently which can make it challenging to meet goals that are already in place. There are a lot of last minute conference calls and additional short notice project requirements that can regularly lead to 12 hour work days. There appears to be a lot of turnover in sales positions. During my time at this company the majority of new sales reps lasted no longer than two years. There are lots of surveys that gets sent to employees yet changes are rarely made based on employees input. Service to customers is secondary to the bottom line, due to this it can be difficult to retain customers when in a sales position for this company. "

"The atmosphere is nice and the people are cool, but the billable hours can feel unattainable without the right amount of work to be done. They do provide flexibility, however work life balance is can be tough when trying to ensure you meet the billable requirement."
