"There's support for diversity and inclusion in all forms from the top down. "

"I believe that there is equal treatment and equal opportunity at this company for women. The company invests a lot into training. The focus for this company changes rapidly and frequently which can make it challenging to meet goals that are already in place. There are a lot of last minute conference calls and additional short notice project requirements that can regularly lead to 12 hour work days. There appears to be a lot of turnover in sales positions. During my time at this company the majority of new sales reps lasted no longer than two years. There are lots of surveys that gets sent to employees yet changes are rarely made based on employees input. Service to customers is secondary to the bottom line, due to this it can be difficult to retain customers when in a sales position for this company. "

"The atmosphere is nice and the people are cool, but the billable hours can feel unattainable without the right amount of work to be done. They do provide flexibility, however work life balance is can be tough when trying to ensure you meet the billable requirement."

"I would like to see more women in leadership positions, but the trucking industry in general is male-dominated and we need more women contenders to gain that balance. XPO did recently start a pregnancy care policy which offers 80 hours of paid leave time during pregnancy and 6 weeks of paid maternity leave that kicks-in after short term disability runs out. Depending on the position, you may be able to work from home under special circumstances such as having a sick child, etc. but it very much depends on what you do and whether your job is hourly or salaried. Pay and health benefits are both average."

"Good place to work. Including more and more women now, so that’s positive."

"This is a male dominant company. They are trying to appeal to women by offering female focused benefits but there is very little diversity at the top of this company. "

"XPO is a company focused on success and results. It is deeply committed to building and developing a strong team of accomplished professionals, both women and men. I've had the opportunity to interact directly with our CEO Brad Jacobs and he's different than most CEOs. He's a leader by example and deeply involved in every aspect of the business. What's most fascinating to me personally is his receptiveness to new ideas and feedback from his team. He counts on his team to reach a common goal and promotes a working environment where we can all exchange constructive feedback to grow personally and to improve the company. I also support and work alongside top female executives who excel at what they do and make a positive impact daily. My experience thus far has been beyond my expectations and I truly love it here. "

"XPO is a great place to grow your career where you can have a voice, express your ideas and be rewarded for great work. You have the opportunity to work on new projects, expand your knowledge and really take ownership of your work. There are new things happening every day which keeps it exciting!"
"XPO has recently seen a big push in diversity and inclusion initiatives, and it's not just lip service. There is a tremendous support network being established across the company that celebrates the success of women who are here already and the desire to see even more women in a traditionally male-dominated industry. The comprehensive pregnancy accommodation policy goes above and beyond in making sure women - regardless of where they are in their family planning journey - have the resources and support they need. Female executives in corporate, including the CHRO, head of compensation, head of communications and acting CFO, act as approachable role models to both women and men across the entire company."
"XPO is a great place to work. I feel supported, listened to, challenged and empowered to learn, grow and succeed. I really enjoy the team of people I work with! "
"There is a welcoming environment and still so much room for growth for women on the leadership level. "
"Logistics has traditionally been a very male dominated industry, but XPO is working hard to hire to change that historical trend in its own operations. I think the company realizes that success today for businesses depends on reflecting the real world! "
"XPO is a great place to work. They value my experience, perspective and skills. I'm supported in my current career as well as developing towards my professional goals."

"If you want work life balance don’t work for this company. 50-60 hours per week are expected, more as you rise in the ranks. The CEO has actually said that he doesn’t understand the concept."
