"The atmosphere is nice and the people are cool, but the billable hours can feel unattainable without the right amount of work to be done. They do provide flexibility, however work life balance is can be tough when trying to ensure you meet the billable requirement."

"I would like to see more women in leadership positions, but the trucking industry in general is male-dominated and we need more women contenders to gain that balance.
XPO did recently start a pregnancy care policy which offers 80 hours of paid leave time during pregnancy and 6 weeks of paid maternity leave that kicks-in after short term disability runs out.
Depending on the position, you may be able to work from home under special circumstances such as having a sick child, etc. but it very much depends on what you do and whether your job is hourly or salaried.
Pay and health benefits are both average."

"This is a male dominant company. They are trying to appeal to women by offering female focused benefits but there is very little diversity at the top of this company. "
