"More than anything is hiring more staff. It is a very demanding industry that trickles down to all departments. ZSers are passionate about their work. We are very busy and tackling work and internal initiatives all at the same time. At times the balance is off. We should continue to focus on retaining good talent by not burning them out."

"It's a great place to work. I have several female mentors and role models. Not as many women in leadership as I'd like, but that's changing."
