"The women who do work here are the most incredible, hard working, driven, smart group of people I've had the pleasure of being around. They are working for change within the organization, and if you're up for that fight too you will not be disappointed with your co-workers. Just keep your expectations low of being promoted from within for now. "

"Stay far away. And to the few women who currently work there, get out! You are talented and deserve promotions, raises, and a woman in senior leadership.
There are no women in senior roles at Zwift, there's a frat-house culture, and don't get me started on the sexual discrimination that comes right from the top."

"There is a big push for more women to join Zwift which I appreciate. The health insurance plan is very expensive if you have a family. All of the women currently at Zwift are smart, dedicated, wonderful humans and I proud to work alongside them. "

"While it may be a male dominated industry (sport & game), the leadership is aware of the matter and they are making efforts to improve. It'll take time to improve diversity, but in the mean time, us gals are sticking together and having a great time cycling, running, learning, and eating donuts!"
