Dr. Chastity McFarlan is the Director of Content Quality & DEI at Renaissance. She works with product teams to ensure student-facing content is appropriate, inclusive, and representative of the communities we serve. Chastity earned her MS and PhD in Developmental Psychology from Howard University and her BA in psychology from St. John’s University.

She also is the founder of the Workin’ Moms of Renaissance employee resource group - a network of working moms who support each other as they navigate balancing being a mom and having a career. Anna is the proud mom of two little boys, ages 5 and 2.
