Dr. Chastity McFarlan is the Director of Content Quality & DEI at Renaissance. She works with product teams to ensure student-facing content is appropriate, inclusive, and representative of the communities we serve. Chastity earned her MS and PhD in Developmental Psychology from Howard University and her BA in psychology from St. John’s University.
Anna Eddie is the Director of Customer Deployment at Renaissance Learning. She also is the founder of the Workin’ Moms of Renaissance employee resource group - a network of working moms who support each other as they navigate balancing being a mom and having a career. Anna is the proud mom of two little boys, ages 5 and 2.
Liz Perry, Recruitment Marketing Manager at Renaissance, is passionate about sharing employee stories and culture to give a true representation of the workplace to candidates. Having earned the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) certifications, she loves HR, but strategy, DEI and talent acquisition are her favs!
