Frances Holly is an advocate for authentic and servant leadership. She believes that everyone is a leader with the capability to create and promote change. Throughout her 15 year career, Frances has coached others to achieve success by demonstrating inclusive behaviors and encouraging diversity of thought. Frances is currently a global Human Resources director at Eaton, where she leads the Human Resources function for over 2000 employees and 14 different locations in a division in Aerospace. She joined Eaton in 2014 as a regional Human Resources manager in the Electrical Sector and has had experience in Global Compensation and Employee Relations. Frances earned a bachelor’s degree in general management with concentrations in human resources management and organizational behavior from the University of Pittsburgh. Her post-undergraduate work consists of a professional certificate in human resources from LaRoche College. She also studied change management at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, Republic of South Africa. Frances completed graduate coursework in human resource management at Carnegie Mellon University. Frances’ accomplishments as a professional and in the community have earned her several recognitions. In 2020 she was recognized as a “Women of Professional Excellence” by the Greater Cleveland YWCA. She also received the recognition of “50 Women of Excellence” and a “Fab 40 under 40 recipient” from the Pittsburgh Courier. Frances is married and lives in Greater Detroit Metropolitan area with her husband Branson and her daughters Charlie, Jordyn and Ellis.

Lisa has been in the recruiting space for the last 8 years, 6 of those years with Eaton. She is currently a part of Eaton’s Executive Talent Acquisition team, managing full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles. She has a passion for helping people navigate through their career journey, and encouraging others to step out of their comfort zone. Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in Business from Bowling Green State University and lives in the Cleveland, Ohio area with her husband and son. In her spare time, you can find Lisa in the Metroparks or taking a weekend road trip on a new adventure!

Mariana studied Business Administration at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. She started her professional career as a financial broker in a banking institution but it wasn’t until she joined British American Tobacco´s Management Trainee Program that she found her passion in Human Resources. During her professional trajectory she has held roles as HR Business Partner for different functions and Organizational Development Manager for different multinational companies such as British American Tobacco and Danone, and for the last 3 years she has been working at Eaton as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Latin America, currently in charge of recruitment process for 11 counties and over 38 work sites.Mariana was born in Sao Paulo Brazil, but has been living in Mexico for over 20 years. She has been married for 12 years and is a mom to Giuliana 7 and Bruno 1 year old.
