Sandra Diaz coaches women and minorities to position themselves as ideal candidates for dream corporate jobs, by drawing from her experience as a marketing executive at L’Oréal, Sears, Sara Lee and Colgate Palmolive, and as an independent consultant. She launched Spark Career Catalysts and its LandDreamCorporateJobs.com boot camp in 2018, eight years after co-founding the Trinity Career Network where she volunteered as a job search strategist. In 2018 Sandra also joined anti-human trafficking nonprofit Restore NYC as Director of Economic Empowerment. Sandra has created and facilitated job search workshops that have helped over 200 people overcome major employment barriers. She is an avid learner and connector, frequently in the loop about open positions that provide opportunities for career growth.
