Ms. Benowitz joined Henry Schein in 2017 and is Senior Vice President and Chief Global Digital Transformation Officer. She is also a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee. Since joining Henry Schein, Ms. Benowitz has held several key positions focused on advancing the Company’s digital transformation. Most recently, Ms. Benowitz served as Vice President, Digital & Customer Experience and Global eCommerce Platform Digital Transformation Officer. As Chief Global Digital Transformation Officer, Ms. Benowitz is responsible for leading a Global eCommerce Transformation Organization whose purpose is to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies across the Company, to drive the transformation of our business strategy and operations using digital technology, and to enable the delivery of digital sales revenue for the organization. In addition, Ms. Benowitz is a founding member of Henry Schein’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and a member of Henry Schein’s Women’s Leadership Network. Before joining Henry Schein, Ms. Benowitz had a career in the financial services industry marked by increasingly responsible positions, including holding a variety of marketing and digital leadership positions at Citi. Ms. Benowitz earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from State University of New York at Albany and her Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.

Sara Dillon serves as Chief Data Officer at Henry Schein. She joined the organization in February 2022 and is responsible for data strategy, data governance, data analytics, and data productization across the Henry Schein portfolio, globally. Prior to Henry Schein, she spent most of her career in financial services. She spent nearly 20 years at a large private equity firm. As Chief Research Officer, she was responsible for providing information, data and insights to aid in the investment decision making process. Additionally, she spent time advising portfolio companies on various aspects of the data ecosystem. Sara also spent a number of years at a large market data company, where she was responsible for the overall private market strategy. In her free time, Sara serves on a number of private company boards, where she provides market insights and advice as a SME based on her years of experience as both a data buyer and data vendor. She is involved with several non-profit organizations focused on women’s education, food insecurity, and wildlife causes. However, the most important thing in her life is spending time with her family doing outdoor and sports related activities. Sara graduated with a BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Rachel Nelson serves as Vice President and General Manager of Henry Schein One Canada and Global Academic Solutions. She joined Henry Schein in August 2012 when her company, Exan Software, was acquired. She is responsible for strategy and operations across the Henry Schein One portfolio in Canada and the Academic Market. Prior to the Henry Schein acquisition, she spent most of her career building out the Academic Solutions segment with their primary software being axiUm. A key player in the leadership team at Exan, Rachel helped the company achieve over 75% market share in North America. Her previous roles have been in sales, services, marketing and strategic leadership. In late 2022, Rachel took on the expanded role of building the Canadian solutions segment. She is excited to see new product expansion, increased customer loyalty and revenue growth in this market. In her free time, Rachel serves on a few boards, where she advises on digital strategies, change management and investment. She is passionate about the intersection of healthcare and technology and is a firm believer that increasing access to care benefits everyone. She is involved with several non-profit organizations focused on homelessness, poverty, education and children with special needs. When Rachel is not at work you are likely to find her curled up with a book and a glass of wine or chasing her children on the Sunshine Coast (Vancouver, British Columbia). Rachel graduated with a BA in Commerce with a focus in Entrepreneurial Management.
