Speed networking provides you the opportunity to connect for 5 minutes with recruiters from various companies. Dress to impress (at least from the waist up), as you'll have the opportunity to turn your camera on for the networking!

Our virtual career fairs for women in technology support employers that specifically have a need for experienced technical talent. These employer partners are looking to meet job seekers with a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience holding job titles such as:
Software engineers
Web developers
Product managers
Data scientists and data analytics
UX/UI designers
Cybersecurity professionals
Technology consultants
Technology team leaders
Technical program and project management
If your background does not fit the above, you may apply to attend but please be aware that you may be disqualified to honor the intentions of the participating employers. Your resume is required to register, and you must have a technical skillset in order to participate. If you do not have a resume, you can download your LinkedIn profile and upload it as a PDF.
When the event begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on January 23rd, the following banner will populate at the top of the event page. At this time, please click the “Join live event” button to enter the Virtual Career Fair. If you do not see that banner, you may have not aligned with the eligibility requirements to attend this particular event.

BEST PRACTICES FOR JOINING THE EVENT
For the best experience, join this event from Chrome or Firefox on a desktop and disable VPN networks. If you experience any technical difficulties, you can reference this guide, test your streaming setup, or contact RingCentral support. If you experience any freezing or lagging during the event's live stream, please refresh your page or paste the URL into a new browser window.
Here are some other best practices for joining the networking area for speed networking:
Use Headphones: Please join today's event with a pair of wired headphones. This will help eliminate echo and feedback.
Browser: Some browsers are not fully compatible with RingCentral, so we recommend using Chrome or Firefox at its latest version.
VPNs & Firewalls: Some VPNs and Firewalls can prevent attendees from accessing all features within the RingCentral venue. Disabling these helps! If you are on a work network or any network behind a firewall, you may need to speak with your IT department or network administrator to ensure you have the best setup to enjoy your RingCentral event. When you do, please give them the websites below to whitelist, and the ports to open as noted in this article.
External Device: It can help to cycle through devices when you're having trouble unmuting yourself, especially if you're using an external device. Power-cycling them can also help!
Internet Connection: Please make sure you have a strong internet connection when attending an event, as this can affect the ease with which some features are experienced.
Permissions: RingCentral needs permission to access your microphone and camera, please make sure these are granted! If you're using MacOS with Chrome or Firefox, you might need to give the browsers permissions, as well. You can do this under your system privacy settings.
Restart your computer before joining the event: This ensures that there are no other video applications holding onto audio or video for any reason.
