As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Kelly keeps Northwestern Mutual highly competitive by leading a high-performance team that sources, engages, and acquires optimal talent with powerful capabilities. As Senior HR Business Partner she coaches and mentors senior leaders to integrate business strategy with people management objectives to drive holistic success. In both roles she prioritizes bringing people together to solve complex problems cross-functionally and with measurable business results. Kelly joined Northwestern Mutual in October 2018 as the Senior HR Business Partner for Investment Products and Client Services. Kelly has nearly two decades of HR experience (domestic and international) and holds the highest certification in the Human Resources field, the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). Her extensive experience in HR strategy, organizational development, performance management, leadership coaching, and talent acquisition has led to the rapid transformation of entire functions from workable to world-class. Kelly’s previous roles have been in IT/Services, BPO, and Software, and include VP, Global Talent Acquisition; SVP Human Capital. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s of Organizational Management from the University of Michigan. She and her husband have two sons.
