Event details

Harnessing the power of emotional intelligence (EQ) is taking on a whole new meaning in our current work environment. Change is constant, hybrid work spans various boundaries, and topics such as well-being, belonging, and psychological safety are finally getting the attention they deserve. EQ encompasses critical foundational skills that can support employees in navigating these circumstances with confidence and authenticity.

During this session, join Dr. Lexi Hernandez, Executive Director, DE&I Workforce Initiatives at RTX, as she explores:

  • What EQ is and the critical skills
  • The connection between EQ and (individual, team, and organizational) performance
  • Putting EQ into practice when navigating change
  • Leveraging EQ to develop inclusive teams
