Tamara Fields is the Managing Office Director for Accenture in Austin, Texas, where she is also responsible for leading more than 3,000 employees, bringing innovation to clients, recruiting and retaining top talent, and strengthening the company’s impact in the Austin community. As the Director of Operations for the US South and a business veteran with 22+ years of cross-industry, multilateral program management experience, Tamara helps better serve clients with creative, strategic, and transformative solutions. In support of Accenture’s company goal to achieve 50/50 gender balance by 2025, she is passionate about promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace. Tamara serves as the U.S. co-lead for Accenture’s women’s employee resource group and the inclusion and diversity lead Accenture’s Austin office. She is an Austin native and a graduate of The University of Texas. Tamara is a board member of the Texas Conference for Women and Paul Quinn College, she serves on the Red McCombs School of Business Advisory and she continues to help individuals find their voice and prepare them for career advancement through coaching and mentoring. Tamara champions a workplace fueled with inclusion, where people can be their best selves—professionally and personally—with greater creativity, problem solving, and innovation.

Jeanette is a program and engagement expert bringing storytelling, human centered design, and a solutions-oriented outlook to every effort. As Chief Program Officer, Jeanette creates experiences, products and programs that allow Dress for Success clients around the world to successfully navigate the world of work. With a penchant for innovation in pro-social spaces, Jeanette is focused on solutions that leverage technology to scale Dress for Success’ programs and ensure that participation is contributing to measurable milestones on a woman’s journey to financial independence.

Mita Mallick is a corporate change-maker with a track record of transforming businesses. She gives innovative ideas a voice and serves customers and communities with purpose. She is currently the Head of Inclusion, Equity and Impact at Carta and formerly was the Head of Inclusion and Cross Cultural Marketing at Unilever.

Julie Wilkes is the North America Benefits Team Wellness and Disability Lead. She is passionate about her role, which provides an opportunity to impact areas she cares most about. Leading a nationally award-winning well-being program for Accenture North America for the past 11 years, Julie has recently taken on additional responsibilities in global leadership development and mindfulness. She facilitates courses in-person and on-line on well-being, leadership and mindfulness. At Accenture, we strive to provide wellness programs that support each person - where they are in their journey, as well as the support needed when someone experiences a medical challenge. She continues to serve as the Volunteerism Lead and the Live Well at Accenture Lead for the Columbus Office. Outside of Accenture, Julie is a published author, fitness and yoga studio owner and a motivational speaker. She has spoken across the globe - from the Tower of London to The White House. Julie is a heart disease survivor who pays forward her second chance at life through her daily work and passion; she understands, not only how important it is to take care of your health, but also the importance of having the support and care you need when you are going through a medical challenge. Julie is an advocate for equality in all aspects of life and she is dedicated to sharing that messages by ensuring the health and well-being of one’s whole self.
