It's Not Too Late: How to Navigate a Career Change with Confidence

Jennifer Coyle currently serves as Macquarie’s COO of the Americas and has been with the organization for ten years. Jennifer’s career with Macquarie began in Nashville where she started a Mining Asset Finance business. During her time in the Macquarie Commodities and Global Markets business, the team grew from four to twenty-five colleagues in seven cities around the world, financing clients from the Gold Coast in Africa to the Gold Coast in Australia. Her passion for leadership eventually led Jennifer to a position as Global Head of Leadership, Talent & Culture for Macquarie where she worked on various leadership and development projects including the Macquarie Executive Director Leadership Program. Her role also saw her working on several initiatives that have enhanced the organization’s approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Previous to Macquarie, Jennifer held global roles at Caterpillar Finance and GE Capital. She holds B.A.’s in Economics and German from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
