Salma is originally from Tehran, Iran, and immigrated to Victoria BC Canada in her early childhood. She is passionate about social impact, creating results-driven winning teams while fostering an inclusive, fun, collaborative, and always learning team environment. What motivates her every single day are the nonprofit customers and watching her talented team shine, grow and deliver impact.
