Rosa currently serves as a Customer Success Associate at Henry Schein Inc., where she plays a vital role in supporting internal teams, managing customer accounts, and streamlining processes to enhance operational performance. Since joining Henry Schein she is known for her ability to navigate complex projects, optimize workflows, and build strong cross-functional relationships. With over 28 years of experience in business sales operations, team leadership, and corporate travel management, she has proven her talent in managing high-performing teams across multiple industries. Before joining Henry Schein, Rosa held leadership roles at American Express Global Business Travel, where she managed teams, led strategic initiatives, and worked to improve service delivery. Rosa serves as Co-Chair of the COLEGAS Employee Resource Group, where she fosters employee engagement and company-wide cultural initiatives, also she is a Certified Henry Schein Culture Ambassador mentoring new hires and inspiring them through their onboarding program. She lives on Long Island, NY with her husband and 15-year-old daughter.

Christine Sheehy

Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, Henry Schein

Since joining Henry Schein, Ms. Sheehy has held several key positions with increasing responsibility, including serving as Vice President of the Human Resources Business Partner function for the Company's North America Distribution Group (NADG), Healthcare Specialties Group (HSG), several Global Oral Reconstruction (GORG) businesses, and our Corporate Functions. Ms. Sheehy is responsible for managing the Company's Global Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities managing the Global Human Resources function, Ms. Sheehy leads and participates in numerous strategic projects, such as system integrations, software implementations, due diligence, Team Schein Member communications, and global best practices. Her overarching priority is to align the Company's talent strategies with business needs in the service of growth. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Sheehy served as Director, Regional Head of Human Resources, for Europe, USA, Canada & Latin America, for Standard Chartered Bank. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Systems Analyst and then Manager of Technology for the North America subsidiary of Brazil's Banco Real. Ms. Sheehy is a certified StrengthsFinder Coach and received her B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Stephanie Babin

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development, Henry Schein

As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development for the Canadian business, she provides strategic national leadership to attract and retain top talent that aligns with the organization’s growth goals. In addition to talent acquisition, she focuses on the development and retention of the existing team by identifying, assessing, and facilitating training opportunities that foster individual growth while supporting broader strategic objectives. Stephanie also assists with immigration-related information for applicable TSMs pursuing permanent residency and plays a key role in supporting all national onboarding initiatives, ensuring smooth and successful transitions for new team members. Stephanie started with the company ten (10) years ago, in a Human Resources Consultant role, supporting the annual compensation cycle, compensation recommendations, and pension plan support. She moved into the Manager, Staffing & Compensation before the role transitioned to Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development. Earlier in her career she worked in both the hospitality and tourism industries, sharpening her business agility and customer centricity skills. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts, Sociology and Management of Human Resources, Diploma. She holds the current Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
