Event details

Employee resource groups (ERGs) are powerful tools for change at companies and can influence leadership to advocate for policies that move gender equality forward. Our latest toolkit, in partnership with Tara Health Foundation, tackles some of the biggest issues that ERGs can move forward internally and externally through advocacy.

Join us on February 8, 2022 at 12 pm EST as we discuss how to support your employees through the return to workplaces. Hear from a powerhouse panel of leaders in the ERG & D&I space:

Daisy Auger-Dominguez – Chief People Officer at VICE Media
Massella Dukuly – Director of Team Enablement at LifeLabs Learning
Nikoa Milton – Co-Founder of Level
Moderated by Erin Grau – Co-founder and COO of Charter

Participants will learn:

  • How organizations can make returning to the workplace a moment of transformation—rather than just a transition

  • How to engage your ERG membership in return-to-office plans

  • How to attract and retain women in this moment; and what women want and need in the return

  • How to approach leaders in making internal policy changes that support gender and racial equity and inclusion across the workforce

This event will be recorded and posted here following the event. We'll also email the recording directly to everyone who registers. By registering, you agree to share your information with Fairygodboss, Tara Health Foundation, and Charter.
