Britt Bloch serves as the Vice President, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Recruiting, and joined Navy Federal in April 2021. She is passionate about Navy Federal’s Mission and exceptional Member experiences. Britt joined Navy Federal from USAA where she was Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery –empowering senior leadership teams to restlessly reinvent the Talent Acquisition function to deliver maximum value to key stakeholders and enable Enterprise strategies. She has a broad background of recruitment expertise and was previously IBM’s North America and Canadian Client Innovation Centers’ Recruiting Leader. Prior to her 10 years at IBM, she held several leadership roles with Marriott and Fifth Third Bank and was responsible for creating, championing, and executing delivery recruitment strategies to achieve mission critical business objectives. In Chicago, Britt led a national recruiting firm, for over 13 years, and was highlighted as Crain top professional women in 2000. Britt currently serves as an Executive Board Member for Leadership Fairfax and Talent Marketing Board. In her free time, she enjoys industry writing and has been published in Forbes, Newsweek, Fast Company, and HR Executive Magazine. Her son, Nick, is 22 and is wrapping up his University of Central Florida Computer Science studies.

Linda is currently the Senior Talent Acquisition Programs Manager, Early Careers at Navy Federal Credit Union and is responsible for managing the Summer Associate Graduate Internship Program. She is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the organization’s early in careers recruiting programs and outreach initiatives. Linda joined Navy Federal Credit Union in May 2017 as a Recruiter II on the Tech Delivery recruiting team. Linda has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, working in the staffing, professional services, and financial services industries. Linda began her career in Talent Acquisition at Kforce where she spent time recruiting for Finance and Accounting professionals before transitioning her focus to technical recruiting. Following her time at Kforce, Linda joined Grant Thornton as a Talent Acquisition Market Leader where she was responsible for leading the recruiting efforts for the firm’s Audit service line within their Public Sector practice. Linda obtained her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University. In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new foods, and planning her next home renovation.

Agatha joined Navy Federal Credit Union 15 years ago, as a Technical Recruiter in the Selection and Career Development Branch. Agatha has a versatile career and educational background in IT, Marketing & Human Resources. She is very passionate about talent and diversity of thoughts. She appreciates and embrace the uniqueness in others but most importantly in treating all mankind with respect, dignity, and trust. Agatha also does not take for granted the positive impact that all of us have and can contribute to each other and the world at large.
