Audrey Coulbourn is Vice President of Brand at Capital One. Over her 20-year career at Capital One, she’s worked in a variety of roles in Brand, Human Resources, and the Card Business. Audrey currently serves as the National Co-Lead for Capital One’s Women’s Business Resource Group (empowher), leading over 22,000 associate members. In addition to her roles at Capital One, Audrey was Head of Global Talent and DIB at Markel Corporation, led Talent Development at the University of Richmond, and taught as an adjunct professor at N.C. State, George Washington University, and the University of Richmond. A native Washingtonian, Audrey now lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband Danny, raising two college age daughters, chasing after their dog and volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
