Shanna Helf is the Program Management Specialist for Military Family Programs at the USO. In this role, she coordinates the development and execution of key programs for military spouses and families and has traveled to deliver these programs at USO Centers across the United States, Europe, and the Pacific. Shanna has a BA in Social Justice from the George Washington University and lives in Arlington, VA, recently married to an Army Reservist.
