Kerry Nolan

Senior Associate at Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners

Kerry Nolan is an Architect with more than 20 years of expertise leading project teams through the development of design and construction documents and coordinating the work of the consultant team. She received a Bachelor of Architecture from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University. Kerry is a Senior Associate at Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners in New York, NY and is currently leading the team for the renovation project for the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building for the New York Public Library, a multi-phased intervention into one of New York’s most beloved buildings. Kerry is also the co-chair of the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter Women in Architecture committee. In her free time, she serves as a Captain for Schooner Pioneer, a 100 foot vessel that is part of the South Street Seaport Museum fleet and carries a Coast Guard Merchant Mariner License.
