Say ‘Goodbye’ to Job-Hopping: Build a Lasting Career at ADP

Doreen is responsible for the creation, design and execution of the enterprise-wide engagement and retention strategy, with priority emphasis in the areas of career development and strengths. Doreen is a 2nd generation ADPer – coming into the organization in 2005 as her mom was retiring from a 33-year career. Spending her first 10 years in front line leadership in the business, and recognizing the need for a sharper focus on career development, Doreen was instrumental in creating her own role – starting it from the ground up in June of 2015. Now in that dream job, she is responsible for the creation and execution of the career growth and development strategy for ADP enterprise-wide (~56,000 associates), managing up to 150 volunteer associates and multiple projects at any given time. Doreen was part of the team leading the charge on ADP’s evolution into a strengths-based organization where each associate is recognized for their unique potential and able to leverage their strengths in their current roles and beyond, and currently leads the amplification efforts to continue to shape the strengths culture.

Tashina was appointed as VP, Product Operations in ADP’s Global Product & Technology division in 2018. In her role, Tashina is leading ADP’s Digital Transformation, creating value for ADP through service technology optimization. Leading roll-out of next gen technology for Service and Implementation, enabling increased productivity and client satisfaction through roll-out of chat, chatbot, IVR, biometrics, OCR, Natural Language Processing, AI and ML. Tashina joined ADP in 2016 as VP, Corporate Strategy. In this role she led the roll-out of ADP’s cross business unit strategy for Pay Equity and launched ADP’s blockchain based Identity venture. The Pay Equity Explorer product, launched as a result of this cross functional collaboration has won HRTech’s Awesome new Technology award in 2017 and Cloudera’s 2018 Data Impact award. The blockchain technology based identity management venture aims to enrich $7B, 20% growth identity market with ADP data. Additionally, as the lead in this role, Tashina led discussions on a cross-industry consortium aimed at disrupting identity management, solving the societal pain point of identity fraud, which led to ~$1.5B in losses for the US economy in 2018 alone.

As the Vice President of Implementation for ADP’s Major Account Division, Tawana Tarbeart is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of ADP’s Human Capital Management Solutions. Tawana joined ADP in 2013 and, prior to her current role, held a number of leadership roles in the financial and mortgage industries. Tawana is also the Co-Chair of Cultivate, ADP’s African American Business Resource Group. She is a native New Yorker and a die-hard Yankee fan despite being a recent transplant to Atlanta, GA.
