As the Vice President of Implementation for ADP’s Major Account Division, Tawana Tarbeart is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of ADP’s Human Capital Management Solutions. Tawana joined ADP in 2013 and, prior to her current role, held a number of leadership roles in the financial and mortgage industries. Tawana is also the Co-Chair of Cultivate, ADP’s African American Business Resource Group. She is a native New Yorker and a die-hard Yankee fan despite being a recent transplant to Atlanta, GA.
