In 2008, Ashley Marchitto joined the team at DICK’S Sporting Goods as a Sales Lead after wrapping up her first bachelor’s degree, in Economics, and embarking on a second, in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. On the heels of receiving her second degree, she was promoted to Sales Support Manager, and in her 12 years at DICK’S, she’s received multiple promotions. Today, she is the company’s District Manager for the greater Hartford, Connecticut, area.
Melissa Kern Christian started her career as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in 2007, moving from there to The Carlyle Group, where she worked in Investor Relations. In 2014, she received her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and from there she joined DICK’S Sporting Goods as Manager of its Women’s Initiative. From there, she served as Special Assistant to the CEO in a Corporate Strategy role, and in 2017, she became Director of Brand Management. In 2014, Molly Dymond met a DICK’S Sporting Goods campus recruiter while still a student at the University of Pittsburgh. At the recruiter’s advice, Dymond decided to get experience within DICK’S first as a part-time cashier, and in 2014, she received an internship within its Corporate Merchandising team. After graduating with her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Global Management & Marketing, she joined the team at DICK’S full-time as a Merchandising Trainee.
