It’s no secret that your mental health is important, but we don’t talk about it in the workplace nearly enough. In fact, research from the World Health Organization shows that 15 percent of working-age adults are estimated to have a mental disorder, and around the world, depression and anxiety alone eat up an estimated 12 billion working days. That equates to a productivity loss of $1 trillion USD per year. Join us for a conversation about the importance of mental health in the workplace with members of the Wellness Team at Navy Federal Credit Union. In this webinar, you’ll also get a chance to learn about:

  • How to boost your own mental health in the workplace or promote the mental wellbeing of your employees
