Food Truck and iced coffee

Start with the coffee, tis is how I do Vietnamese iced coffee, friends in Louisiana taught me about this: 1. Make some good strong coffee 2. Fill a glass 2/3 with cracked ice 3. Pour sweetened condensed cream on top 4. Pour hot strong coffee on top 5. Serve with spoon I was taught a slightly different way, but this is my take. The food truck. Turning the RV into the food truck. Need to talk to health department make sure I got everything going in the right direction. Apply for a business registration, register with irs, already have food certification, get all the rv papers, licenses, insurance, and do all the renovation!

About this group

When running a Kitchen off donated items that may be different from week to week, it's good to be flexible and be able to ask for help. There are also outside factors that may be in play as well, such as volunteers, training, storage, equipment, etc. Come to us with any questions and ideas and we will answer and be appreciative, and help if help is needed.
