Hello! Looking forward to meeting everyone! My spouse and I live alone in a desert. I work in town, about a half hour away, three days a week, cooking a fresh meal for our city community of houseless. Our pets are gone but we love all animals, practice veganism the past handful of years and on and off prior, but do have to deal with animal products for work. This morning the donation I had to cook was chicken gizzards and stuff, cook, freeze, label, then I plan to use it in Dirty Rice. I like learning everything I can about food, how to get the most nutrients out, love learning from others how to do things, and I think I would like teaching it on the side for sure.
