Random Kitchen Tips
Still sleepy but energetic, wondering what fabulous tips we can think of that others can use?
-I like to warm water in microwave and use it as a proofing box.
-Make "cheese sauce" out of carrot and potato (and a few more items) since we don't eat cheese anymore.
-Quiche can be made with silken tofu, it may look weird and may not rise, but use black salt (kala namak), silken tofu and seasonings with some chopped spinach-easy brunch idea.
faux parmesan can be made by mixing equal parts ground cashew and nutritional yeast flakes with some salt, garlic, and parsley.
