Hi everyone,
As we approach the holiday season and a new year, what are some of the things you'd like to acknowledge and close out from 2021 and step into in 2022?
Acknowledge my shortcomings, my pain, my struggles, anything that brings me down or keeps me up, so I can step into 2022 with less weight on my shoulders, and a clearer mind to make an impact.
2021 gave me so much hope and faith that I'd be able to walk again on my own (without a cane), as it did the previous years. And I'm still hoping and praying for it. I know it will happen. I just need to keep working on it.
I'd like to acknowledge that 2021 taught me to let go of things that no longer serve me and are beyond my control. It's the only way to protect your energy boundaries with people, places and things. I'm stepping into 2022 with hope & optimism -- I'm planting the seeds of hope now so they can manifest into actionable results in the coming year. Sow your seeds, gals! The best is yet to come.
Accepting that there's a right time for everything and that sometimes, the career path that I choose does not necessarily have to be conventional or straightforward. To celebrate my accomplishments, regardless if they're big or small.
I love this! Things have really shifted for me as well, and things that mattered early in my career - like titles - don't hold the same weight as they once did. Impact and relationships (and revenue) are what's most important to me now.
Getting out of a toxic work environment Purchase of a new house - just waiting to move into it. Being strong when I was let down many times at my previous job position.
I am hoping for a better 2022 :)
I'm glad you were able to get out of a bad situation and literally 'move' on. Congratulations on your new home!!
