POSSIBLE TO FEEL ACCOMPLISHED BY 9AM?
The last thing I needed was another morning routine to follow. After all, the earlier I get up (it’s 5:30 these days) the earlier my kids seem to wake up and scream for me.
I had kinda said screw you to the morning routine (except for coffee...☕ always need coffee). Then, this super clever guy named Craig Ballantyne showed up in my Instagram feed. Somehow he sold me on his morning routine and why it was different.
I bought it...damnit...but now I’m glad I did. He taught me how to get my #1 priority accomplished each day by 9am.
Crazy enough, I’m not worrying about all those other things the gurus tell you to do first thing...like mediation, exercise, journaling, etc. (all the things I used to try to fit in before 9am).
Nope -- instead I’m picking the ONE most important thing to get done...and ACTUALLY getting it done before anything else. It’s working like a charm and I feel A+ accomplished.
