The one thing I am consciously doing is to stop the self deprecating behavior. Knowing my worth and building confidence has made me make the effort to upgrade skills and have the will to do what is needed to progress in my career. Building my network, my brand, and staying in touch with former colleagues came after working on myself.

I’m applying for grants (related to my goal), going on interviews, networking, researching & collecting stories & making puppet props that will enhance the stories. I my retirement, I’d like to produce puppet plays and present them to day cares, nursing homes, schools, etc.
