Hello everyone.
I have changed my career from IT sales for over 20+ years. I am currently in my new role as a program manager. I have attained certification in Agile. I am looking for anyone that may be in the field for advice.

I have the training I just lack the confidence. I landed a position as a Program Manager. I reached out to my coach and he is helping me out. I found out the environment is trying to be an ART but the PI is 5 days long and 3 weeks. That is incorrect. I do know that.
