Introduce Yourself!

Hey! I'd like to get to know all of you better! Distance and experience aren't a big concern, but I'd love if people commented below with their favorite place to run and a reason they started running! Mine: -Favorite place to run is the Michigan Tech Trails, where I grew up running. Nostalgia beats any view. -I started running as I tried a wide variety of sports as a kid but eventually admitted hand-eye coordination was not my thing! Turned out I did have a knack for endurance sports, though, so I stuck with it!

My favorite place to run is in the Norwegian forests or in the mountains. Beautiful sceneries here in the North :)

I'm not sure whether to admit that I used to run all the time, but I now run consistently only once/week. (I exercise more often, but i do other things like spinning and pilates the other days...)

Hi! My favorite place to run is the Charles River Esplanade in Boston. I started running in college to lose weight and then realized that it really helped me manage my stress so I made it a part of my weekly routine! I've definitely stopped running as often now that I live in NYC, but I want to get back into it :)

I've heard so much about the Charles! I'd love to run down there some day. I have a trail running friend who moved to NYC and has posted some great photos of her dive into road running throughout the city! Hope you find lots of nice places to run there.
